I think Pinkline is saying he was a party to the singing of these songs on a number of famous people's albums, including 'his' or is it 'their' own albums? Have I worked out who you are Pinkline? Unless you are kidding, I am guessing you are one of a twosome (2 men, or maybe you're both commenting???) If you are not joking, has anyone else guessed "Who is Pinkline"? .....or am I right off target Pinkline? I dunno...who is Stinkline??

Reggie, I'm still guessing, but going by that list of songs, I can think of 2 men who were involved, to my knowledge on the albums of people that sang MANY of those songs.
I'd like to hear from Pinkline - am I on target?

Who do you mean Elle??
But I thought Pinkline said he was a singer in his own right? Or have I misunderstood?

Willfan if Pinkline is either of these 2 men, he can certainly be considered a singer in his own right.
Reggie, I want Pinkline to own up.

What is all this confusion about? Yes I am Pinkline Jones and I have a mindblowing body of work behind me - sure celebrity life's a bitch sometimes but the royalties make it all worthwhile.

As Pinkline is not stating who he may be in the music world, I'm posting a site to 2 singers who, from a bit of internet research, shows the list of songs Pinkline Jones listed could be one of these two: www.emicatalogue.co.nz/Discography.aspx?artist=6358 If you are not, be genuine Pinkline and say you're not either of these two men.

Elle have you tried downloading them?? You know right-clicking and then doing a 'save as'?? Sometimes computers will allow you to save files but not allow you to open them on the web. I've downloaded some of Guy's, so I'll listen to them and report back! Have just re-read your post Elle, and I think I mis-read it yesterday - sorry! Which tracks can you not listen to?? I could pm you a more comprehensive (and, maybe more accessible) list, if you like?

Willfan, the only 3 of wills I can listen to are I can listen to Over You, Lover won’t you stay, and Light my Fire. It's the rest that 'block me'.
Is there an easy site, even to listen to them online?
Oh and Will, don't say "You've never heard of them" to pinkline. ...... Remember we're trying to bring Pinkline Jones OUT !!!!!!
By the way, Pinkline Jones was the name of a racehorse, and is also the name of a rapper (a rapper wouldn't knock Guy's voice), so he can't be either of them....... so I'm guessing he's someone more from an era that has not taken to the tunes and styles that many love listening to today.

Sorry Elle, I wasn't trying to be difficult, just I don't know if they were known over here in the UK or, since I was growing up in the 60s, maybe I just didn't realise? I'm not hugely familiar with artists of that era I'm afraid! Anyway, here are a couple of links for you to try - you might have to register tho', I'm not sure... Sorry, links removed - pm me!If you click on the first thread you'll see that the first post has loads of links on it! and, Link removed - pm me!Some of the recordings are better than others - some have been done surreptiously! On the second link there is also a link to the PI performances. Let me know if you have any sucess!

Thanks Willfan, I've put them in my favourites and will 'fiddle' with them when I get a chance.
Pinkline - where are you? Out with an answer.
