No the death penalty would be too easy. Plus I don't think we have the right. But maybe I would feel differently if it was members of my family he had tortured and killed.

No you're not alone, angel01. My son (16) loves INXS, Elvis and heaps of old 70's stuff..............probably because my husband and I still play it so much! My boy who is 17 plays all kinds of weird and wonderful music a lot of beatles,Paul simon,Bob Marley(he's been hearing that since before he was born),Marcy playground(i like them too),supertramp, bob Dylan, I even heard a bit of frank sinatra one day and Ben Harper(he's good). At least it sounds good when he is playing it full blast.

Okay lets all dig deep and confess to our most embarrassing teeny bopper idols. My main one was Donny Osmond(she says cringing). I had 65 posters of him on my wall. I was totally besotted. I also liked Michael Jackson too, thats not as embarrassing as he was actually good. ;D

Thanks Genotype, Was a bit worried for a minute this post was going to be taken a little too literally. Was even deliberating about deleting it, but it was worthwhile now just for that post. I guess nothing ventured, nothing gained and I sure gained a lot of laughter from your response. Genotype Rocks!!! Perhaps I should change my name to Mrs Robinson instead of 4213. Which by the way means: 42 The meaning of life 13 The day I was born and my lucky number. 4213 you have been watching hitchhikers guide haven't you. My kids love that we have it all on dvd and tape. Also my 10yrold qoutes constantly from "red dwarf". We also have all that series and the young ones(i'm over that though). And lots of Monty Python. Still love red dwarf best though. Oh yes we have all the fools and horses too. Satelite was good for that reason.

I just got it today and was impressed since I was kinda worried after seeing his film clip for Angels Brought Me Here. I should never doubt Guy in the first place. Disappointed with the album cover and booklet thingy tho. PBG agree with you on the booklet thingy. It doesn't really look like him in a way. Not in the way we are used to seeing him. The pics seem to detract from the essence of him as if they are trying to make him into something he is not. His hair looks awful. Like the album. It is very different to anything I usually like I am a bit of a bluesy/jazz gal. I thought he sounded a lot like Stevie Wonder in some tracks. Haven't played it enough yet though. But I do like Beautiful Friend.
