OK, I have a question, is anyone on this board actually a Rob fan? Cos I'd love to know why people voted for him...I OBVIOUSLY know why, but from a vocal stand point, is anyone out there willing to take his defence up?

U know what worries me. Now that Levi and Matt r gone. The brainless teenybopping voters who voted on the fact that they were "cute" and not on talent, will transfer their votes onto Millsey - and he will be even stronger. We'll never b able to get rid of him then!

Not trying to diss him or anything, but can you elaborate further. What is it exactly that you find good about his voice?

Millsie got into the final 12 because he fanicied himself as a Robbie Williams and sang one of his songs. Lucky for him not a bad song choice. I actually liked him then, however I think he has had a downhill run since the 70's show. Bad song choice is not a good enough excuse anymore. The Aus Idol should be versatile and good enough to be able to sing anything well. I think the two people able to pull this off are Guy and Paulini. I

I vote for Millsy because he is a performer. He doesn't just stand there like other past and present contestants, wiggling his hips, battering his eye lids and hoping that performing vocal acrobatics will get him through.
Millsy sings to the crowd. He works the camera. Personally he makes me want to listen and watch the song. and unlike other contestants, i can actually understand what he is singing.
He has been performing below the bar recently. and that is largely due to song choice. But look at his Audition (Swear it Again), when he performed Angels, and on the Inside Idol show tonight, when he did the Ronan Keating song.... he did actually sing them well.
He has the potential to be a pretty big commercial success IMO.
