Was Millsy voted or was he pushed?

I read somewhere last week that Dicko was planning to have Millsy eliminated from the contest because he didn't think Millsy was good enough a singer to sustain any real popularity after the show - popular with fickle teenage girls while the show's on but no real audience after that. And the aim of the show is apparently to create a star. And they don't want to end up with bins full of $2 CD's in 6 months time - which is what happened with one of the overseas versions when the cutest contestant won. Anyone else read this? Thought it was interesting at the time and kind of believable. After Rob's 'eviction' last night - well hello!!! How can some guy who's so popular one minute be so unpopular the next? Any idea what Millsy did wrong to turn the voters so quick? No, me neither!

Well I think all the mums out there confiscated their teenage girl's mobiles when they realised they'd used up all their pre-paid credits on voting for Millsey. Then I think they exercised their own voting rights and voted. The mums tend to like Shannon and Paulini.

Also more people are starting to vote. A few here at work voted for the first time and they voted for Guy and Paulini. Country NSW are probably voting for Shannon - and woman over 25 and mums.

I have a friend who is Greek and she thinks Cosima is getting "all the ethnic votes".

I think that millsy was more than a little girls crush i think he had talent and it's because he is good looking that people are quick to bring him down, it's just tall poppie syndrom, people don't like sum ordinary guy who sings in bars to be doing so well so they cut him out, i say good on you millsy and keep going youll get there in the end!

either way he was crap and im glad he's out. i cant blame dicko if he did 'rig it' i wouldnt want millsy on my label.

Thats believable.. Dicko's a dick and I dont see how Millsy who was sposed to be the favourite got voted out.. knowing reality tv they probably did rig it.. thats bulls*** though...
