Idol chatter draws ire

WHEN Australian Idol judge Mark Holden and last week's finalist Peter Ryan were spotted having brekkie together yesterday, the "This don't seem right" alarm bells rang loud and clear at the Confidential camp.
Finalist Peter Ryan has been spotted hanging out with one of the judges.
The eons-ago pop star and the pig farmer were seen by a Confidential reader early yesterday morning at a Darlinghurst cafe.
"Is it appropriate for the judge and a contestant to be socialising together? Is it how he got to where he is?" asked the spy. "Makes you wonder about the whole show."
Confidential got right on the blower to Ten.
Turns out they are working on an Idol CD, which Holden is producing, and featuring both finalists from each show.
Ten says the recording studio is in Edgecliff, near the Tropicana Cafe where the two were seen.
