paulini and rob interviewed by rove, paulini said guy was her choice and hinted [so did rob] that cosima stayed late emailing fans to vote for her. rob was definite that guy was the best and he hoped would win. paulini said shannon could also win. the rumour about cosima appears to be confirmed, straight from the horses mouth. ....

Sat up to watch Rove last night and as usual Paulini looked fantastic. Millsy was exuberant, Paulini quiet or is it "diva" like?
It may have been a poor choice of words on Paulini's behalf but she came across as ungrateful, arrogant and even said she would take a long break. The whole point of this show is to put momentum into their careers! It was like sobering up. After looking so good and performing so well on Sunday to hear this was a shock. Of course after the dress issue and being voted out she may not have had time to gather her thoughts.
Or is it is just that she was perhaps the second youngest in the competition (after Lauren) and just not mature enough? I was having some reservations and feeling a bit down about Paulini leaving the competition Mon night (She was my second favourite). LAST NIGHT FIXED THAT!!!!!

I can understand why she wanted a break.. but she does seem a bit stuck up.. like how she kept going on about how shocked she was that she was gone and last time in the bottom 2.. also "i hope australia is voting for a voice" implying she should've won..
Rob was lapping it up though.. he looked great and was very confident and happy. He also took his departure a lot better then Paulini..

I believe this lady already knows whos important in this game. Answer: the fans. Theyre the ones who will buy the Albums, listen to the music and defend you. They pay the salary. Millsy and Paulini should learn a lesson from that. Maybe they will then understand why they're out and Cosima is still in. Cosima did not PRESUME that she was go good or popular that all she had to do was sit and let everything happen for her. Cosima seems to understand this "popular" music environment. Before you can act like the diva or idol god, you have to work for it.

I don't see why interacting with fans should be classed as a demerit point to begin with.

the bias is showing. since when is lobbying "interacting with fans." whatis latin for "to thine own self be true" sapere aude. i saw costello interacting with fans in parliament house 3 months ago in his leadership bid. wont do him much good either not yet .

Oh come now Starvoter I honestly don't see it as a bad thing, even if it is lobbying as you suggest. As truthful as I can sound on such a medium, it sincerely doesn't seem like a bad thing to do imo. Now if it is cold lobbying for votes alone and the interaction with fans goes completely to hell after the comp, that's a different story. I haven't been one of the "interactees" so to speak, but I imagine they'd be pretty pissed if she withdrew afterwards. As for the likening to political lobbying, I can see the similarity vote wise, but (lol) I don't think Cosima is promising them tax cuts and pension increases in return for a vote. Sapere aude stands true, don't worry!

your far to trusting sapere. cosima wasn't mentioned by rob and paulini on national tv unlessthere was more to it . nevertheless i know you are genuine albeit ingenuous.
