God I hope the mini poll results on this site are not going to be a reflection on the way this series ends up. Posters with brains in their heads should be allowed fifty times the voting power of the morons who are responsible for the following stats.
Mills = 29% Cosima = 16% Paulini = 13% Shannon= 13%
To be frank Mills = can't sing Cosima - turning into scream queen Shannon - karaoke singer Paulini - too good for the competition

I agree Pinkline - those statistics really suggest that there is an argument for capital punishment, and that the Crimes Act should be reviewed.
I'm still trying to trust the basic sensibility of the voting public though. After the first two semi-final rounds, which inexplicably saw Peter, Matt and Kelly through (and neglecting Cosima), the voting public started to come through with the goods every week. The only travesty up to the final 12 was, for me, the exclusion of Lorena from the Wild Card show. So I'm hoping that the public will now realise it's crunch time and stop this orgiastic pubescent Rob lovefest.
I'm still backing Cosima, Pinkline - even though I was a little concerned with her medieval gold-studded Bedazzler cowboy vest. Paulini could have worn it, which would have added some haunting visuals to her rendition of "Chains".
As for Shannon, or Sharnsy as he's known 'round the traps: that jump up and down during his performance on Sunday (one that he needed to count down to, embarrassingly) was very bedroom-and-hairbrush. It's time for him to piss off with his boys and get a Brady bunch happening with Rebekah - she needs a decent pounding.
Finally, Paulini: I bow to her. Centrebet now wisely have her second (behind Shannon, of all people). You do your bit and I'll do mine to get her over the (pink)line.

Well said SandrasSullied,
Paulini's a champ - hope she gets there. She's the best no matter what happens anyway.

Man.. I wonder what class of people those statistics really do represent? I'm thinking why is Paulini behind Cosima? They both have 'great' voices, however I will go as far to say that Paulini has MORE than a great voice. Cosima in my opinion, doesn't bear as much youth as Paulini - to put it bluntly, she comes across to me as a try hard And Millsy coming first? .... that's another story altogether!

I say this not to be sexist, but the fact is, I think as a lot of the voters are women, they're not voting based on talent but on looks....
That explains why Millsy can still be in the competetion, when he's pathetic... anyone see the inside show when he just sat around singing fricken John Mayer?... I had to change the channel I was that disguted.
But ofcourse, this reflects the Music Industry, where talent goes unnoticed in favour of pop and clever marketing....
How else do you explain Nicki Webster and Christina Aguilera? ;D
