How come we neva know just exactly how many people vote for each contestant? How do we know that they aren't rigging this damned thing?

As far as I can tell, the only data available is on how many calls are registered for each contestant, which as we know, has buggerall to do with actual popularity. For example, Millsy might have four fans, who each vote three times, making a total of 12 votes. Paulini has 10 fans, who each vote once. That's 10 votes. She has more than twice as many fans, but less votes. The voting system isn't rigged; it's unfair and unreliable.

The voting system isn't unfair. If fans want their idol to stay they have to vote more.. that's just the way it is.

I would have to agree with Milsy's girl, the voting system is fair enough, what else did you expect? If you want to vote for your favourite, it's simple, keep voting for them. Don't blame anyone if your favourite gets out, its just the way it goes, if you don't vote for them then how do you expect them to get through.
In answer to the question I voted for Cosima last week, because she is my favourite performer with fantastic talent. I also thought she might have needed a bit of help from her fans because her performances were great, but didn't stand out above the others. I voted for her twice.
