Ok i agree that millsie had a lesser quality voice than any of the others there (except maybe shannon)
BUT
he was the entertainment factor of the show - its gona be so boring without him there:
people that love him will miss him people who hate him will have nothin to bitch about
and the show will drag along without his presense

Agreed - Rob Mills was the only one of them that actually knew how to play to the camera and flirt with the audience (which is why there are so many "I love Millsy" comments). And even Dicko has said that Millsy could teach the others a lot about PR. He was also the only one to have the guts to defend himself and his choices when critiscised by the judges, rather than meekly accepting their views (Paulini and the gold outfit) or even agreeing with them (Levi and the Savage Garden song). Granted his voice is not as strong as the others but this competition is not just about a voice - its about a 'whole package' - and Rob Mills actually had the charisma to carry it off. It will be a much less interesting and entertaining show from now on.

People will *always* find something to bitch about, whether Robert Mills was still in the comp or not. Even if the bitching about Robert Mills stops, it will just get transferred to someone else, whether they can sing the best or not. As for the entertainment factor and the show being boring from now on, I can't argue with you. Not because I agree with you, but because I respect it's *your* opinion, and if that's how you see it, then that's how it is. Your call is related to a personal like or dislike so it's impossible to say you're wrong. I personally won't miss his performances or antics, despite wishing him well in his chosen field. IMO, as for the entertainment factor, regardless of what the remaining contestants deliver, there will still be some comment made from the judging panel to provide controversy; which in itself seems to have been the biggest entertainment value of the show from the outset. Controversy imho is where the "extra" entertainment resides in this comp.

Ok i agree that millsie had a lesser quality voice than any of the others there (except maybe shannon) hey, i'm sick of all the shannon-bashing!! shannon's voice isn't like guy's, obviously, but that doesnt mean he "can't sing" or has a lesser quality voice. its just a matter of taste - i don't even LIKE guy's "heaven-sent" voice, i mean he's a good singer but i wouldn't enjoy listening to his cd, & much prefer shannon's voice. some people mightnt believe it but thats just my taste. but i agree with u about millsy - love him or hate him, he was entertaining. surely he'll make it anyway - with his popularity, what record company would pass up the opportunity to sign him? we havent seen the last of millsy. (sorry if that disappoints some people, lol!)
