Ive checked out your contestants. I reckon Robin seems to be the "package"... or maybe i've just got it all wrong. He's got looks. He can move. His ribbon in the sky version was atleast sung decently. So what do you kiwis think about him? Initially i thought he was just another pretty boy off the nz block but other than that, I think he could be in with a chance to win your thing!

I quite like Robin, he sure can move, not too sure about his voice tho, he has the charisma as well, I like Michael too, they are my top 2 at the moment.

Can someone tell me why Robin was ejected? I just can't figure it out, and he was the big sensation the week before.

His performance during the Ballad's night was absolutely atrocious! His voice is nowhere NEAR Top 10 material let alone Idol material and his attitude and ego was WAY too cocky and arrogant. He thought he was "all that". But his voice was just not good enough, and his dancing wasn't good enough to overshadow his lack of vocal ability.

Did you think, however, that his performance was worse than usual? He wasn't in the bottom three the week before, and I would have thought a lot of girls would like him. Certainly a lot of people didn't agree with you about the quality of his voice, given how far he got.

I agree with David. Although I've only seen one of his performances, i have listened to several of the others. I am a completely obsessed Guy freak, **Bo whispers **but I have to say Robins version of ribbon in the sky was better. **sorry Guy ** I really thought he was in the top 4 so what happened

I didn't see the sunday peformance, but I was somehow disappointed that he didn't make it through, I think he was better than the others, apart from Michael that is.

i guess cause it cost's so much to vote people only want to vote for the people they thought were really great instead of voting to save people

I would be interested to know where he placed in the voting the two weeks when he wasn't in the bottom three, especially last week when he was the hit of the night. Perhaps he just didn't have as big a fanbase as I would have thought. What is interesting to me is that there seem to be a lot of swing voters. I mean, Sela took 22% of the vote in her group eight, and I'm pretty sure wasn't in the bottom three the first week of the final. But then she did poorly one week and was shunted.
