Guy Sebastian will be an absolute joke representing Australia in World Idol-he is not even Australian for starters.Other countries will laugh at us and say :"What the hell have you produced?" they will be expecting to see a true blue aussie, and instead they`ll get a mongrel of a golliwog. It will be an absolute embarressment to our country. ;D You utterly repugnant bigoted pig!! Your disgusting comments about a fellow Australian who is obviously an extraordinary citizen and a fantastically talented young man made my lip curl involuntarily. I’m sure you could never appreciate the irony of a poorly breed ignoramus like yourself posting an uneducated, tragically racist comment like this while Guy breaks all Australian records for album and debut single sales and travels to the UK to compete against some of the worlds brightest talents, but I do believe the educated amongst us would delight in your stupidity. You sad sad fool, grow up and remember this post and live to regret it, because it’s the single most vile thing I’ve read anywhere on the internet in 13 years!

This is really going to play into BMG's hands. Not only will they make bucket loads from promoting the winner of world idol but they will be able to know where each of the other idols will be successful. Example: Guy doesn't win but by looking at the votes they see that people in Canada really like him. BMG can then promote him in that country. Doing this for all of the idols will be sure to rake in the cash.

Eax, what you wrote is so true!! BMG are going to make so much cash from this.
As for Anon, I feel sorry for you. You must have had a terrible childhood to be so pessimistic about people and life in general. Australia is a multicultural country, and Guy as our Australian idol reflects Australias ability to be open-minded, non-discriminatory and embrace all cultures and true talent. Under this line of thought, Australia has been able to grow faster than most economies by embracing and learning from other cultures, instead of remaining stagnant. This is what Australia represents, and Guy is the perfect representative!!
