Now that I have just recovered form that great picture with straight hair (haven't seen that one before),
Exercise does it. That is what works with me, heaps of exercise and then it not only goes away but stays away - as long as you don't stop (that's the bad bit). I just watch what I eat and exercise.

Ha ha you crack me up Soc! I've tried just about every diet out there and they all work if you stick to them. The hard part is living them, day after day, year after year. Exercise is hard too to keep up. But after a while if you make it your lifestyle, it does work. And it makes you feel good too. Good luck with your plans though. Make sure you keep up with that one sit up though SOC.

For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.
For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.
FOR A SLIM FIGURE, SHARE YOUR FOOD WITH THE HUNGRY.
For beautiful hair, let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day.
For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.
People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw out anyone.
Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms.
As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others.
[ Source : Audrey Hepburn wrote the above poem when she was asked to share her "beauty tips." It was read at her funeral years later].

LOL @ SoCrazyInLoveWithGUY ;D Hee hee hee...erm, yes back to the topic... I've recently given up coffee and taken up green tea (thanks Oprah ) and am eating a lot more fruit and vegies than usual (I'm a vegetarian, so that's a lot more than usual!) and have started to feel and see the differences over the past 2 weeks, especially with my skin

Ah yes, green tea. My office boyfriend (strictly 9 to 5) makes me cups of green tea almost every day. It's noice but I'm still a big coffee drinker.
Fruit & veg rocks! I'm a vegetarian too, AfroDitee. I think more exercise is whats needed now. ...sigh!
