Yeah, it did sound a bit yuck done live.
I heard them play it on our music show here in the weekend and that it sounds much betta.
The only ones that sounded normal were Dave and Fillipo and that the others they took out the way they usually sing.
Unfortunately, the end bit sounded like the live version.
Catch up with ya soon

Just a little update for last weeks show.
It was a rock night sunday night and all four finalist sang two songs each, they all did pretty well, although I thought Luke wasn't as good as the others that night.
Michael and Ben did a pretty good job, Ben outshone the others I think, I guess the fact that there is only two more shows to go is finally waking them up a bit.
Anyway, Monday was the results night, Luke is gone and there is Camilla, Ben and Michael left. one of them will go next week then it'll be the final.
I'm no fan of any of them but my guess is, if Ben do as good as last week he might have a big chance of being the first NZ idol.
I wouldn't mind Michael winning it but well see what happens.

Hey idol fans, Great job Penny. I think that no matter wht happens on the shw this Sunday, Micheal will be in the finals, no matter what he does. So, Camillia and Ben will have to do really great to be the other grand-finalist. Can ne1 tell me what kind of Idol are they looking for? I'm just wondering, because I knw that all the others are looking for Pop Idols, but it seems to me that NZ seem to be looking for a rock idol. cya Scooby12

well I think it's different for each place,
i know that one of the world idol guys was a metal/rock guy so who know's maybe NZ wanted to go for something different??
I hope camilla wins would be nice to see another female Idol and I think she has an intersting voice, can't say it is unique but has potential.

hi beautifulfriend,
yeah, I hope she does get into the final.
Camillia is the only reason why I'm still glued to my tv every sundays and mondays.
My favourite ones are all gone.

Okay, here's an update from last nights performance.
It was 80's night and they've done 2 songs each, Ben sang The Power Of Love( not Celine Dions) can't remeber who sang it originaly and Rythem Of The Night, very good and full of energy. I see he's giving it all hes best!
Camillia sang I wanna Know What Love Is, sang beatifully, look good in her black long dress, then did How Will I know by Whitney Houston, another very good performance and I must say I was quite amazed on how she dance around and get up and down the steps with her stellitos!
Michael sang Should I Stay Or Should I Go, Michael has never been on the bottom, and as always, he was hes natural self, rock boy and always do very well. he then sang Angel Of Harlem by U2 ( not quite sure about the last word of the song) he did very well and he looked like he's enjoyed it. good work for a 17 year old!
Its getting harder and harder which one to pick as they are now working very hard and improved a lot, but I guess I just go with the flow, it'll be sad to see any of them go tonight, I will update you again with the results which is starting in 15 minutes.
