I think John Stevens with his firey read hair and freakles and english looks, make him look part of the Wesley family...he could be in a potter's movie..

I love John Steven's voice. It is deep, mellow, gorgeous and quite unique. But having said that I think he is not Idol material. He needs about 4 years to mature to emotionally carry the sort of songs he sings well. And more training to strengthen his voice so he doesn't drift off the notes like he does occasionally (sometimes more often than others depending on the song).
THEN.... Wow!! His voice will croon forever..... This is a niche market I'm talking here, but he has such quality. He has a career in crooning that will outlast many seasons of pop stars. I hope this show will expose him to someone who can work with him and build him up to be the singer he has the potential to be.

Have to say JPL, although John does really good versions of Frank Sinatra.

Have to say JPL, although John does really good versions of Frank Sinatra. Yep that's why he's so unique. Sinatra is dead. That thins his competition down a bit.
