I would support a charity anyday but this is not a charity. That story they presented on ACA was really misleading and wrong. I really do feel sorry for Shannon and all that he has been through but I am not voting for him just because I feel sorry for him. I am voting for who I think is the best Austrakian Idol: GUY! www.heraldsun.news.com.au/common/story_page/0,5478,7818768%255E2902,00.html As this article indicates, Guy is obivously more passionate about music than what Shannon is. Guy currently has two careers both involving music which shows how much he loves it. I strongly encourage the people who just feel sorry for Shannon to reconsider who they are voting for. |

Maybe Guy has been through a lot too, the only difference is that he's not telling the entire nation...I mean who has had the perfect life?
Even Shannon's first performance had a sob story attached.
I feel sorry for him & his family & admire their bravery. But can they talk about something else other than adversity?
I agree with Amy, Guy's entire life seems to revolve around music it seems a natural progression that he wins a comp like this. It seems to be his true passion.

i was at the boys perth performance and i heard it with my own ears!!!
when asked about what his fiance thought of all this shannon didnt hesitate to answer with "she doesnt care shes just waiting for the $ to start rolling in!!!
so hes admitted it himself
