nice enough bloke, knows enough about music, but too many little yellow pills when he was younger I think. He had a hard enough time hosting countdown and on one occasion couldn't even finish the show

Marks boring. i think the general cenus is that most people don't want mark and i can understand that, he's boring. i don't think darryl is the right person but i have to agree red would be a likely candidate with his proven track record in entertainment in a similar position. "red faces" has always been one of the most watched segments in "hey hey it's saturday" and i think red's a proven entertainer. does he have what it takes, absolutely and the audiences will love him. the contestants may tremble at the knees abit, but that's entertainment and what we're all after. ;D

I'm not saying that they shouldn't have to face him. I'm just saying that if I was a contestant I would not take him as seriously as I would dicko. If he said something I would most likely disregard it unless dicko or marsha were saying the same thing.

Spoke to Ian Wednesday night quite indepth after the concert...Dicko sees no reason why Mark would not do AI2, the only reason if Mark was not in AI2 would be cos of his own reasons. Nothing to do with 10 or BMG. As was stated by Ian - All 3 will be doing it this year.
